The EarthCraft House Technical Advisor (TA) Program

An EarthCraft House Technical Advisor (TA) performs field inspections of houses in the program and serves as the point of contact for building professionals participating in the EarthCraft program. One of the best resources for EarthCraft builders and developers, Technical Advisors track the environmental and energy efficiency features of houses and multifamily projects in the program through diagnostic testing, visual verification and educating interested parties. With the assistance of a TA, builders are able to improve construction quality, environmental features and energy-efficiency measures that affect performance, durability and environmental responsibility of houses and multifamily projects.

TAs currently support the EarthCraft House, Multifamily and Renovation programs.
