EarthCraft Program Guidelines and Worksheets

Note: As of  March 1, 2012 only projects previously funded through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs 2011 Qualified Allocation Plan are permitted to certify projects within the EarthCraft Multifamily program using the 2011 version of the worksheet (2011 ECMF worksheet). Please make certain to select the version of the worksheet appropriate to your projects climate zone (CZ-2, CZ-3, CZ-4). ENERGY STAR V3 performance or prescriptive targets must be reached but full EV3 certification is not required for compliance with the ECMF 2011 worksheet. All 2011 funded projects that qualify as a renovation project will use the updated renovation worksheet currently posted to the website.
