The video colorfully depicts the close relationship between green building and affordable housing, telling the story of Summit Trail, an EarthCraft-certified multifamily affordable housing development.This particular multifamily development, owned by the nonprofit organization CHRIS Kids, was designed to house young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. This video explains the specific green building elements implemented at CHRIS Kids Summit Trail, and how they make a positive difference in the lives of low-income families and communities in the Southeast.
